Executive Director

For over 25 years, Tom Tobin has been an AYSO volunteer. For most of that time, he served as a referee, Regional Referee Administrator, a member of both Area staff and Section staff in Section 10, and was a member of the National Referee Commission. He also served as a divisional commissioner, a coach and even served a stint as Regional Commissioner in Palos Verdes, California.
