AYSO National Commissions Seeking New Applicants

The AYSO National Commissions are taking applications for new members to assist in their advisory role to the National Board of Directors (NBOD). One of those commissions is the National Tournament Advisory Commission (NTAC).

The role of the NTAC is to advise the NBOD on successfully running all AYSO events, including Tournaments, Soccerfests, Funfests, Indoor Soccer, Beach Soccer, VIP Events and others. The NTAC produces workshops for AYSO Expos related to all phases of creating More Soccer for More Kids™. It also works in partnership with the Host Venue Staff and National Office Staff to plan, organize and execute the bi-annual AYSO National Games.

The current members of the NTAC are:

Irwin Kavy (Section 3) – National Director of Tournaments
Donna Nelson (Section 10) – National Board of Directors Liaison
Steve Alpert (Section 3) – Referee Commission and eAYSO Commission Liaison & Liaison for Section 3
Bruce Bricks (Section 11) – Extended Play Commission & Liaison for Section 11
David Ehrhart (Section 12) – Liaison for Sections 2, 9 & 12
John Hadidan (Section 10) –Liaison for Section 10

Randy Smith (Section 13) – Liaison for Coaching Commission and for Sections 5, 13, 14, & 99

Their talents are numerous beyond mention. Most of these members have more years (well over 200 years combined) as AYSO volunteers than they care to admit! It definitely takes a village. If you’re interested in joining this passionate and committed group of volunteers in providing More Soccer For More Kids through great tournaments and games, visit the Commission page on the AYSO website, then scroll towards the bottom of the page and you will see the Commission Application.
