This is a busy time of year for everyone in AYSO. Regions are balancing and assigning teams, coaches are receiving their rosters and everyone is preparing for another great season of AYSO soccer.
If one of your Region’s parents hasn’t heard from their child’s coach for the fall season, hasn’t received the season schedule, needs details on how to get a refund or has any other questions, they can access this comprehensive list of FAQs. Inform concerned parents that many of these things will likely take place much closer to the start of the season. To avoid possible miscommunication, here are three tips in getting any message out to the mass amount of families that are reaching out to you:
- Leave it in your auto reply. Many parents may email you. If you know that you won't have any details to give until August 1, leave that information in your auto reply. It could ease the amount of emails you have to return.
- Make sure that your website is up-to-date. Make sure that your website for current and put any important details or dates in a very obvious place. When parents go looking for answers, your website might be their first destination.
- Post information on social media often. Parents will oftentimes look on social media for quick FAQs and updates.Post often about dates and make sure that any questions asked are getting answered and not lingering on the page.
