If you use eAYSO as your primary email service to communicate with your families, you may notice that the header now shows the sender as email@example.com. Before this change, personal email addresses were in the header. Unfortunately, although it may have felt more personalized, it actually caused a lot of emails to not be delivered because they were sorted as spam. With this change made last April, Region emails are no longer caught up in spam filtering software. Click here for more information. Have any questions about eAYSO? Send an email to eAYSOsupport@ayso.org.
If you feel that eAYSO doesn’t meet your email needs, there are a variety of companies that have low cost alternatives to send emails out to your list. Some companies that AYSO uses for its national emails and newsletters are Constant Contact, iContact and Mail Chimp. These are all affordable and priced based on the size of your contact list. If you decide to use an outside service, AYSO isn’t able to offer help through the eAYSO Support Center but each of these companies has their own help service that you can contact directly.
