It is required that the Section, Area or Region (SAR) number appear on the bank statement header address when setting up an AYSO NAP account. It should be listed as AYSO - Region XXXX.
If there is no number on it, National Office does not know who it belongs to which can result in the SAR not receiving their financials in a timely manner. In many cases, the only way a new bank account is identified is when the treasurer calls National Office to inquire why their statements are not posted to eAYSO.
Please take a moment to go online to verify that your SAR is listed on the bank statement address. If not, contact your bank to have the SAR listed on the bank statement. Don't forget, this naming convention should also apply when ordering deposit stamps or check renewals.
