Shutterfly Team Share Sites make it easy for coaches to communicate with parents and stay organized. Team Share Sites are a hub for all team information; parents can access them at any time to get the most up to date team news and schedules.
Team Sites can be set up in less than 5 minutes because they are already pre-filled with your team roster and parent contact information. Once you add your team schedule, parents will automatically be notified.
You will receive an email once your team roster has been confirmed. Just follow the steps in the email to activate your site.
- The team information and parent contact information is pre-filled for you. All you have to do is review the roster information and add the games and practices to the calendar.
- The final step in the sign up process is to send the automatic email about the site to all parents. Be sure to complete this step so that all team parents will receive access to the site.
- Find your team site by entering your email address.
If you do not receive an email:
- It is possible that your Region does not use eAYSO to form teams, which means a Team Share Site cannot be automatically created. You can set up a general Team Share Site or visit our Youth Sports page for more information on other options for teams that are not formed in eAYSO.
- If your Region does use eAYSO, but you still have not received an email, please contact your RC or Coach Administrator to ensure they have your correct email address and Shutterfly team website release date in eAYSO.
