AYSO Unveils Inspiring VIP Video

Very Important Player Program Ensures Everyone Plays®!

A new video showcasing AYSO’s Very Important Player (VIP) Program is now available. It has been developed to help parents and volunteers understand and embrace this unique AYSO program for special needs children and adults.
VIP provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams. VIP teams may include:

• Blind or visually impaired
• Amputees or with conditions that impair mobility
• Mentally or emotionally challenged
• Autistic
• Down syndrome
• Cerebral Palsy

There is also a new :30 second VIP PSA available.

Organizing a VIP program is easier than you might think. There are potential VIP players in your local schools and communities. These people, with your help, can have the benefits of sports participation in a supportive, fun environment.
