- Be responsive: Running a Facebook page is a responsibility, part of which is keeping tabs on all postings on your page's wall. Ideally, all posted questions, comments and concerns should be answered within a 24-48 hour window.
- Be respectful: Negativity happens. If you receive a negative comment on your page, evaluate if it's constructive. If it is, feel free to address the comment publicly, and then take it offline for a resolution. If a comment violates AYSO's Facebook page rules, remove it.
- Be safe: A few don'ts: Don't post pictures of children with full names tagged. Don't share private information such as addresses, phone numbers, etc., as this information is very accessible to those that it wasn't intended. If you're dealing with administrative duties that involve personal information, using a more private way of communication (email, phone call, Shutterfly, etc.) is best.
