Use the RAP to Plan For Next Year
The 2009 membership year is almost over, and plans and deadlines for 2010 are quickly approaching. Don’t forget to finalize your Regional Assessment Program (RAP) application as well.
As you plan your annual budget, update your Region information forms, review your standard or custom Regional guidelines, layout your Regional calendar and ask your Regional Board to assess your Region’s accomplishments for 2009 and to help make improvements for 2010. The criteria on the RAP represent best practices designed to ensure the quality of the AYSO experience. Remember, the RAP is due to your Area Director on July 1.
If your Board members need training, don’t forget about our new Registrar, Safety Director and CVPA Webinars. There are self-paced training presentations on developing a Regional calendar, budgeting for the Regional Board, surviving registration days and recruiting and retaining volunteers.
The RAP is a great way to review your Region’s accomplishments and plan for the upcoming 2010 membership year.
