Shutterfly Sponsors Free AYSO
American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) has announced Shutterfly,
the No 1
online photo sharing company in the U.S., as its newest national
sponsor. Shutterfly will be the Official Provider of Online Photos and
Communications for AYSO.
As part of this partnership, Shutterfly will create a free private Team Share site for every team that is formed in eAYSO*.
Regional Commissioners will receive flyers about the new program by mail
in early July to distribute at their preseason coaches’ meetings.
The secure Shutterfly Team Share sites, which have been approved by the
AYSO Safe Haven® program, will have a wide variety of handy features for
coaches and parents such as the team player roster, snack scheduler,
secure photo sharing, a tool that automatically sends game and practice
reminders and more.
Beginning in mid-August, team coaches will receive an e-mail containing
instructions on how to activate the team site. If they wish, coaches
can delegate the management of the site to the Team Parent or another
In celebration of the new partnership and to reward coaches who activate
their team’s private Share site there will be a raffle! All coaches
who unlock their site by Sept. 15 will automatically be entered to win
prizes including a Grand Prize of a Carnival Cruise for four, 10 second
prizes of official AYSO Molten soccer balls for the entire team and 50
third prizes of pop-up goals.
AYSO Regions will also be rewarded for encouraging their coaches to
activate their new team Share Sites. Regions that reach a minimum number
of activated team sites will be entered in a raffle which will include
prizes of full-size goals, cash, gift certificates and more. Regions
will be divided into different categories based on size.
